We believe in providing top-notch tumbling classes for children of all ages and levels. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their tumbling skills and build their confidence. Whether your child is a beginner or advanced, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel. The initial 15 minutes of each class is allocated for warm-up activities, which encompass cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training. The remaining duration of the class is divided up between strategically tailored stations and drills on floor and tumble trak.
5 year old & up
Designed to provide students with foundational tumbling skills on the floor exercise. Utilizing the tumble trak (trampoline) as a training tool, the program focuses on the instruction of key skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and back-bends.
5 years old & up
We offer two different intermediate classes, Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2 being the more advanced of the two.
Intermediate 1 is designed for students who possess prior tumbling experience. The objective is to refine essential skills, including round-offs, walk-overs, front and back handsprings, and additional skills in order to adequately prepare students for advanced levels. To ensure proper class placement, students must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Handstand to front limber to stand up, bridge kick over, and round-off.
Intermediate 2 is the next step for students that have independently mastered a back handspring on a training aid such as a wedge or trampoline. The primary objective of this class is to master skills, including the back handspring on the floor, round-off back handspring, front handspring, and additional skills to prepare students for advanced levels.
5 year old & up
Our advanced tumbling class is the next step for students who have independently mastered the back handspring on the floor. In this class they will work on more advanced tumbling skills including: back tucks, back layouts, full twists and front tumbling. Additionally, there will be a strong focus on execution of comprehensive tumbling series that include: 1) Round-off back handspring, 2) Round-off back handspring back tuck, and 3) Back handspring back layout.
